Rates
- Standard tracked shipping: flat $12 CAD.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
- Express options available at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Weekend orders ship Monday.
Delivery time
Standard Canada Post delivery is typically 1–3 business days in Ontario and Quebec, and 2–7 business days for the rest of Canada.
Packaging
Every single is sleeved, top-loaded, and shipped in a rigid mailer. Sealed product is padded to prevent dings.
Lost or damaged
All parcels are insured. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email support@elitepulls.ca within 7 days.
