Sealed product
Unopened sealed product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Singles
Singles are final sale unless they arrive not as described. If a card is misgraded or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Graded slabs
Graded slabs are final sale. All slabs are inspected and photographed before shipping.
How to return
- Email support@elitepulls.ca with your order number.
- We'll send you a return authorization and address.
- Ship the item back tracked; refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
